Search for 'CBN' on App Store or Google Play and install the app on your phone.

Open the app and tap 'Create account'. Enter your email and create a secure password.

Verify your email

Check your inbox and tap the verification link we sent you.

Add your name, phone number, and primary address to speed up future orders.

Register a credit or debit card so you can place orders immediately.

Wash & Fold

Standard wash and fold. Ideal for everyday clothes: t-shirts, jeans, underwear, towels. Delivery in 24-48 hours.

Dry Cleaning

Professional dry cleaning for delicate garments: suits, dresses, coats, silk. Specialized care by fabric type.

Ironing

Professional ironing for shirts, dress pants, and formal wear. Perfect for your office wardrobe.

Express

Urgent service with delivery in under 12 hours. Available for Wash & Fold and Ironing. 50% surcharge on base rate.

Choose a service

Select from Wash & Fold, Dry Cleaning, Ironing, or Express based on your needs.

Confirm your address

Choose a saved address or add a new one for pickup and delivery.

Select a time

Pick the time window that works best for your pickup. Available slots are shown by zone.

Add instructions

If you have special instructions (delicate garments, folding preferences, etc.), add them in the order notes.

Review and pay

Check your order summary, apply a promo code if you have one, and confirm payment with your registered method.

Done!

A driver will come to pick up your clothes at the selected time. Track the status in real time from the app.

Order status

Follow every stage: pending, picked up, processing, ready, out for delivery, and delivered. Each change is logged with a timestamp.

Driver location

See the real-time location of the driver carrying your clothes on the map, both for pickup and delivery.

Push notifications

Get automatic alerts when your order status changes, the driver is nearby, or your clothes are ready.

Full history

View the detailed history of each order: actual times, custody photos, and payment receipts.

Scan at pickup

The driver photographs and scans each garment with AI at pickup, recording its initial condition: color, stains, existing damage.

Inspection at reception

The partner verifies garments upon receiving them from the driver. AI compares with the original scan to detect any discrepancy.

Automatic grading

AI grades each garment from A (excellent) to F (significant damage). This record protects both the user and the partner.

Verification at delivery

Before delivering your clothes, the driver takes final photos. AI compares the final state with the initial one to confirm everything is in order.

Credit card

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your data is stored securely with tokenization.

Debit card

Pay directly from your bank account with a debit card. The charge is processed when you confirm the order.

SINPE Móvil

Coming soon. We're working to integrate SINPE Móvil as a local payment option.

CBN Credits

If you have credits in your account, they are automatically applied to the order total before charging your card.

From the app, go to 'Support' and describe your issue. You can attach photos if needed.

The system classifies your ticket by urgency and issue type. Cases with visual evidence are processed faster.

Receive push notification updates while our team works on your case. Check the status from the app.

Resolution

We'll contact you with a solution: credits, partial or full refund, or re-service at no cost depending on the case.

Report the issue

From your order details, tap 'Report issue'. Select the type: damage, loss, delay, quality, or incorrect charge.

Attach evidence

Upload photos of the issue. The system automatically compares them with the AI chain of custody photos.

Automatic resolution

When evidence is clear (liability ≥80%), the system resolves automatically in your favor with credits or a refund in minutes.

Manual review

In complex cases, our support team reviews all evidence and contacts you with a resolution within 48 hours max.

Referral credits

Invite friends to CBN and receive credits when they place their first order. Your friend also gets a welcome discount.

Automatic compensation

If a dispute is resolved in your favor, you receive automatic credits applied to your next order.

Promo codes

Enter promo codes in the dedicated field before confirming your order. Discounts are applied to the total.

Balance and expiration

Check your credit balance from your profile. Credits are valid for 90 days from issuance.

Standard (Wash & Fold) takes 24-48 hours. Dry Cleaning 48-72 hours. Express delivers in under 12 hours.

Wash & Fold from ₡3,500/kg, Dry Cleaning from ₡5,000/item, Ironing from ₡1,500/item. Express has a 50% surcharge.

Yes, you can cancel at no cost before the driver picks up your clothes. After pickup, the cancellation policy applies.

We currently cover the Greater Metropolitan Area of San José: Escazú, Santa Ana, Curridabat, San Pedro, Heredia center, and more.

Report a dispute from the app with photos. The AI chain of custody determines liability and enables fast resolution.

When picking up your clothes, the driver photographs them and AI records their condition (color, stains, damage). This is compared at each stage for your protection.

Yes, after delivery you can leave an optional tip from the app. 100% goes directly to the driver.

Yes, you can change the delivery address before your order is out for delivery, from the order details.

Yes, we use tokenization to store your data. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Not yet, but we're working on this feature. For now, you can place orders whenever you want from the app.
