Reception scan

When the driver delivers garments to your location, scan each one with the app. AI records its current condition and compares with the pickup scan.

Condition grading

AI grades each garment from A (excellent) to F (significant damage). If a garment arrives with pre-existing damage, it's documented.

Discrepancy report

If a garment's condition upon arrival doesn't match the pickup scan, the system generates an automatic report that protects your liability.

Exit scan

When handing off processed garments to the driver, scan again. AI confirms the condition is equal to or better than at reception.

Quality score

Your score is calculated based on customer reviews, processing times, incident rate, and AI exit grading.

SLA compliance

We measure that you process orders within agreed timeframes: Wash & Fold ≤24h, Dry Cleaning ≤48h, Express ≤6h.

Customer reviews

Customers rate the service after each order. Positive reviews improve your visibility and position you to receive more orders.

Proactive alerts

You receive notifications if your score drops, an SLA is about to expire, or there's a negative trend in your metrics.

Transparent commissions

CBN charges a percentage commission on each processed order. The percentage is set in your contract and varies by volume.

Weekly settlements

Every Monday, settlements are processed for orders completed Monday through Sunday. Deposits arrive in 1-2 business days.

Per-order detail

View the full breakdown of each settlement: amount per order, commission applied, bonuses and adjustments, with PDF download.

Payment history

View complete settlement history, revenue trends, and projections from your management panel.

1

Notification

You receive a push alert when a customer opens a dispute related to an order you processed.

2

Evidence review

The system presents chain of custody photos: condition at pickup, at reception in your location, at handoff processed, and at customer delivery.

3

Automatic resolution

When AI determines liability with high confidence (≥80%), it's resolved automatically. If the clothes were fine when they left your location, there's no charge.

4

Manual review

In complex cases, our team reviews all evidence. You can submit comments and additional evidence from your app.

5

Outcome

If liability is yours, an adjustment is applied to your next settlement. If not, the case is closed without affecting your account.

Commission varies by volume and service types, generally between 15% and 25%. Contact us for specific details for your business.
